        We’re delighted to have helped IPSX with its inaugural IPO, for Mailbox REIT plc.

Announcing its ITF on 1st October 2020, Mailbox REIT plans to raise up to £62.5m via a Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer.

We helped with the design, typesetting, proofing, printing and distribution of the inaugural IPO Prospectus, using a template we developed for IPSX in 2018 and ensuring compliance with UK Listing Authority standards.
