With over 20 years' experience, Chris specialises in managing the operational side of Black&Callow (formerly Imprima) and is one of the leading project managers in the industry. His experience covers all aspects of customer service, typesetting, proofing and print production for the largest financial document transactions in the UK, including the largest ever Equity Fundraising (Lloyds Bank recapitalization), largest ever Banking takeover (HBOS and Lloyds) and other major projects.
With over 25 years' industry experience, including the last 21 at Black&Callow (formerly Imprima), Tim has led the sales team in both financial printing and virtual data rooms. His UK and MENA clients include Barclays, Credit Suisse, HSBC, PwC and Standard Chartered, as well as numerous other financial advisors and globally listed companies. Tim has managed projects from our involvement in the British Rail privatization through to present day IPOs and other major projects.
With over 30 years’ experience in the financial typesetting industry, including the last 10 at Black&Callow (formerly Imprima), Albert manages the typesetting and design team encompassing complex financial documents across each of our market areas and time-zones. Albert was also instrumental in developing the first 3B2 document comparison system to create worldwide-compliant pdf files.
Paul has 20 years experience in the industry, the last eight with Black&Callow (formerly Imprima) and previously with Burrups (formerly part of St Ives). Formerly part of our customer services team, Paul now manages all financial print-related commercial aspects, including charging, invoicing and costs-to-date.
Ben has over 20 years’ printing industry experience, including the last 15 at Black&Callow (formerly Imprima). Initially managing accounts in the international DCM arena, Ben now covers the entire spectrum of products including DCM, M&A and ECM and is one of our most experienced project managers, including distribution logistics as well for international offerings.
With over 14 years’ experience of managing complex financial documentation and virtual data room transactions, supporting numerous capital markets and M&A transactions, David’s clients include investment banks, corporate brokers, corporate lawyers, private equity teams and PLCs.
With over 10 years’ sales and management experience in the Insurance industry, Debbie now works at Black&Callow (formerly Imprima Financial Print), where she organises the sales team, helping expand their contacts and generating new business leads.
With nearly 30 years’ printing industry experience, including 17 years at Black&Callow (formerly Imprima), John is an experienced Customer Service Manager on our night shift, who also offers a wealth of overnight production management knowledge in all areas, ensuring those all important breakfast meeting deadlines are met.
Mark has assisted investment Banks, Law Firms and Corporates on their most complex M & A transactions, Main List, AIM and other overseas Exchange IPO's and Corporate Reporting in both Operations and Sales roles for over 15 years.
With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, Mike was project manager for the BP Privatisation amongst numerous other successful privatizations during his career. More recently he has been production manager on Black&Callow's (formerly Imprima's) largest transactions and covers Corporate Finance, Insolvency & Restructuring, and Corporate Reporting accounts.
With over 15 years' experience at Black&Callow (formerly Imprima) , Paul offers complete support and project management across all products. Specialising in Debt, Securitisation, M&A and 144A offerings, Paul also set up Imprima’s SEC filing service in 2002 and is our key contact for all EDGAR filing projects.
Peter has been with Black&Callow (formerly Imprima) for 14 years and specialises in Domestic Corporate Finance and has handled many high-profile projects. He has a solid record of meeting critical deadlines in M&A deals, Equity and Debt Capital Market transactions, as well as Investor and Shareholder communications including Annual Reports and SEC filings. Peter also specializes in handling Insolvency & Restructuring projects.
Tom graduated with a 2:1 from the University of Nottingham and went on to work abroad in Mexico, teaching English to business people and working in corporate sales. Upon returning to the UK he joined Black&Callow in the summer of 2017 as a Sales Analyst.
Spencer has been with Black&Callow (formerly Imprima) for 20 years and currently manages the night customer service and production teams, ensuring that time critical deadlines are met. Spencer has broad product knowledge, including Annual Reports, Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity and Debt Capital Market transactions, Securitisations and SEC filings.
